Cal Bears are helping the community! We had so much fun volunteering at the Assistance League of Denver in December that we’re going back. We’re also hoping that by holding an event in Spring more people will be able to come.
Please join alumni, family, and friends in volunteering with a variety of projects, such as sorting donations, organizing the donation area and anything else the staff need.
The Assistance League of Denver (ALD) Thrift Shop is the main source of funding for eight philanthropic programs. It is staffed and managed entirely by volunteers. Volunteers work side by side with ALD members to deliver services, and this opportunity is open to those who have time and energy to serve on one-and-done projects.
