Join us for a FREE intro to cheese making class! Try your hand at something new and have fun with your fellow Cal alumni.
This class is an introduction to the basics of cheese making, your first step to becoming a home cheese maker! At the end of the class you will have a great idea of what it takes to get started on your cheese making journey. We will learn how to make ricotta cheese and taste other cheeses.

DO NOT register on Eventbrite. We have reserved 7 tickets and will reserve your place once you RSVP. You must RSVP by January 6 or we will release the other tickets to the general public. Tickets are first come, first served.
